  I just moved to the area and was excited when I discovered a Thai food truck down the block. Thankfully, it did not disappoint! I had Pad Thai and it was delicious. This will definitely be a staple for me in the future.

  Pretty good Thai food truck. Docking off a star because the 'medium' spicy wasnt really spicy at all. But the flavors are good, the value for money is decent and the dishes have a good wok char flavor which is something which is usually missing in Asian food trucks.
  All the entrees are $9 ($8 + tax) and there's an extra 50 cents charge if you pay by card.
  When I went at 2 pm on a weekday there were no other customers. The owner was nice and offered my husband and I some warm, unsweetened Thai tea which he was also drinking. It's a one man show and the food is made to order so it does take a little bit of time but the service is still decently fast and we got our food (pad se ew and thai basil fried rice) in 7-8 min after placing the order.
  Will go back if I'm ever in the area but will request a higher spice level.

  Delicious Thai food. The panang curry and pad see ew are especially good. Affordable and worth the wait.

  Taste excellent. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. Portion size isn't too big which is perfect for me. Have become my favorite Thai food place!

  To allllll my Lake City fammmm / Thai food lovers, I hereby present to you a random Thai food truck that is simply called "Bangkok."
  
  Located literally next to the Shell station that is across the Fred Meyers on 130th & Lake City Way, this food truck is hard to miss with its bright yellow exterior.
  
  Things to note about this food truck:
  
  ~Opening hours vary. Couldn't find the exact operating times...so if you see this place open, pop in and sample the food!
  
  ~ CASH ONLY. Slight bummer but really, all the food items are under $10
  
  ~Price: $, it's cheap (under $10)
  
  ~Quality: Yuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmm.
  
  ~Staff: Food truck is operated by one guy who's pretty friendly. Wait time for food may be a little long if you order a bunch of things.
  
  ~Eating area: There are a couple of tables / chairs next to the food truck if you fancy eating outside.
  
  ~Food: Had the chance to try out the curry, pad se ew, and pad thai. Curry = on point. This dish was sooooo good that I inhaled it within minutes. As for the pad se ew, it was definitely savory and well balanced with the herbs. Pad thai was pretty good but nothing too outstanding.
  
  ~Quantity: 3 dishes = enough for 2 people to share :)
  
  I do recommend trying out this place if you get the chance :D
